Returns and refunds

You may return an order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
• The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a person you designate, receive the goods.

How to start a return

Email zedretail35@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and how the return should be shipped.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
