Returns and refunds
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason, as provided by EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and, for customers in Türkiye, by the Distance Contracts Regulation.
How to return
- Email us at zedretail35@gmail.com within 14 days, with your order number and the products you are returning.
- Send the products back within 14 days of notifying us, unused, in their original packaging where possible.
- We refund the amount paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait to refund until the products reach us.
Return shipping
Unless the product is defective or not what you ordered, the direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you. Furniture is bulky; ask us before sending and we will quote the cheapest pallet or courier option.
Damaged or wrong products
Check the packaging when the courier delivers. If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write it on the delivery note and email us photos within 48 hours. We will replace or refund it and cover the return cost.
Business orders
The 14-day withdrawal right applies to consumers. Orders placed by companies (HORECA, invoices with VAT number) follow the terms agreed in the offer.
