Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made on this website (ZEDGARDEN). By placing an order you accept them.

Products

We sell aluminium and metal furniture for terraces, gardens, cafés and restaurants, produced by our manufacturing partner. Dimensions and descriptions are provided by the manufacturer; small differences in colour and finish may occur. Photos are illustrative.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market (RON in Romania, TRY in Türkiye) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. The order is confirmed by email; the contract is concluded when we confirm it.

Delivery

Products are made and shipped to order. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page (in Romania: 10 working days). Delivery is to the building entrance or ground floor; carrying up and assembly are not included unless agreed.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund policy.

Warranty

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (at least 2 years in the EU; as provided by law in Türkiye). Contact us with photos if a product has a defect.

Business customers

For company orders (HORECA) volume prices, payment terms and delivery are set in the written offer.

Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at zedretail35@gmail.com. Consumers in Romania may also contact ANPC (anpc.ro) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees.
